About Yoga Break

At the Workplace and Corporate Meetings

AT YOUR NEXT MEETING OR EVENT, SHOW YOUR ATTENDEES THAT YOU CARE

SKIP THE COFFEE & DONUTS AND SURPRISE THEM WITH A YOGA BREAK

The Ultimate Win-Win Strategy for your next meeting or event

As a yoga instructor with a past life in corporate sales and marketing, I am familiar with “big meetings.” Whether in the form of an all-day strategy session or a three-day corporate conference there is always the next speaker or another issue to explore. And while meetings are essential and the details crucial, I remember thinking how nice it would be to take a break – maybe do something completely different, even for a moment – something that didn’t involve sugar or caffeine and a temporary boost destined to bust 20 minutes into the next session.

So I began to think, “What if you could replace a coffee break with a YOGA BREAK?” Instead of coffee and donuts, why not offer something different; something sure to delight and invigorate people and deliver more receptive and alert meeting attendees to the start of the next session.

WHY NOT TRY A YOGA BREAK?

What is Yoga Break?

Yoga Break is designed to provide your employees or meeting attendees a brief yoga session in your meeting room, with short, easy to perform stretches, seated and standing, adapted to your setting. No special clothing, props or set-up is required and every person is able to participate in this user-friendly, interactive session.

You pick your break time (mid-morning, before lunch or prior to closing) and duration (20 minutes or 1/2 hour are popular). You might even time your yoga break for when your attendees return from a “traditional” coffee break – it’s a great surprise!

A certified yoga instructor comes to your location to facilitate the session and will even incorporate your meeting theme or your organization’s language into the session.

Each session ends with a few minutes of seated relaxation guaranteed to refresh, energize and inspire your meeting attendees.

Where Is Yoga Break Most Effective?

Yoga Break is a wonderful addition to full-day training sessions, team building sessions, off-site meetings or corporate retreats, but is applicable to any time or venue where people are gathered and seated for any length of time.

Yoga Break is easily appreciated by large audiences, but is equally enjoyed by groups as small as 10 persons. You can even “surprise” a valued receptionist or reward a busy employee with a private yoga break at their desk, where they’ll not only relax and feel pampered but learn what to do about fatigue, backaches and repetitive use injuries.

Why Is Yoga Break Important?

Yoga has rapidly become the leisure activity of choice for busy executives. There is no better time for people to enjoy the benefits of yoga than when faced with a hectic schedule.

Your employees or event attendees will feel cared for, more relaxed and have an increased attention span. You will benefit by enjoying more productive participants who are better focused and more creative in their thinking - the ultimate win-win strategy.

What else does Yoga Break offer?

Yoga Break offers a Mobile Yoga Studio with on-site early bird yoga or après meeting full yoga classes – any length or style of class.
